Founded in 2015, The Phoenix Kitchen is a modern Cantonese restaurant specializing in Cantonese cuisine while incorporating various elements of Chinese cuisine. With an experience of over 25 years in the food service industry, the product director and the team are not only equipped with rich experience in the production of Cantonese cuisine but also advance management skills. Since the establishment of the restaurant, and the introduction of its signature dishes: stir-fry seafood and Cantonese barbeque, the phenix kitchen has gained popularity among customers and is highly recognized across Melbourne. All of which could not be realized without the production team's deep knowledge and the continuing pursuit of the management team. The Phoenix Kitchen works by the motto "Modern Cantonese, best customer service", making it one of a kind in the highly competitive food service industry. With many years' development, it is now recognized as the top-rated food service company with multiple locations, food manufacturing centers and a rich diversity. In June 2022, the company has launched its flag-ship store Phoenix kitchen-Lingnan banquet located in Box Hill Melbourne.

Feast of LingNan

To meet the needs of contemporary tastes and to thank our customers for their love over the years, Phoneix Kitchen-Feast of LinNan launched in the Melbourne market on Jun 30, 2022, showing its unique charm and artistic flavour of the times. Soon as the restaurant opened, we received enthusiastic responses from customers. Cantonese cuisine, as an important element in Chinese LingNan culture, is thoroughly displayed and reflected in Phoneix Kitchen. Our production team created Stir-fry Dim-sum (Cantonese morning tea) dishes that embed Cantonese stir-fries and clay pots into our Dim-sum menu, enriching customers’ choices. Our business model ensures our customers taste the freshest and most delicious flavours in food, with only three months of opening, we received a Gold medal in Melbourne’s Cuisines and Dim-sum Festival. Melbourne with its reputation of being the world’s gourmet city, we make it simple for our customers to experience the multiculturalism of Australia. We present traditional Cantonese seafood, signature LingNan stir-fries, abalones, sea cucumbers, fins and nests, with friendly services, to make the most innovative yet traditional Cantonese dishes available for every customer.
